Editing computers in the Media Lab are open for walk-in use by the Augie community, or may be reserved ahead of time.
The Studio must be reserved. Check out the key at the circulation desk on the second floor or in Media Services.

- The Studio GuideThe Studio is a simple video recording space that has a camera, microphone, lights, and a green screen.
Media Services
The Media Services team can help with your course-assigned media project through consultations, equipment checkout, software, and drop-in help.
We are located on the lower level of the Mikkelsen Library across from the Media Lab.
Services
- Equipment
- Digital cameras, camcorders, tripods, a portable green screen, webcams, audio recorders, projectors, laptops, microphones, lighting, portable Blu-ray players and DVD players, various adaptors, cables, and other equipment are available for checkout.
- Reservations
Call Media Services (x4920) to reserve AV equipment. - The Media Lab - The Media Lab is open during regular library hours
- Two iMac computers provide the tools to produce media projects, including graphic design, animation, digital audio and video editing, photo editing, and multimedia authoring using a number of software programs. The One Button Studio provides an easy video creation option and the use of a Green Screen. Also in the Media Lab is a VHS-watching station, a microfilm reader, a book scanner, and a standing desk.

Media Services staff are available to train and assist in the use of AV equipment and Media Lab software. - Color printing
Printers are available to produce prints in a variety of sizes from photos to large-format posters. Mounting on foam board is also an option for an additional cost. - 3D printing
3D printing is available to Augie students, faculty, and staff. - Lamination
Lamination services are available in a variety of sizes. - Mikkelsen Express
Pickup and delivery of library materials for faculty and staff. - Format Conversion
- Converting VHS or Cassette to DVD, MP3 or MP4 and other various formats.
