Mikkelsen Library provides proctoring services without charge. The proctor policy articulates the procedures for professors and students. Ginger Konz (proctor@augie.edu - 605.274.4921) is the library’s coordinator of proctoring services.

Professors must complete the Proctor Request Form before students can schedule exam times. There is no designated enclosed area for testing.  Students will be seated near the staff area, but library staff will only provide occasional monitoring. Any full-time library staff member may serve as the proctor. After the Proctor Request Form has been received, students can arrange the test time by e-mailing proctor@augie.edu Students may not begin an exam within 90 minutes of the library closing.
