The patron’s name and email should be printed included on the printout. Most articles will be delivered electronically to the student's e-mail address. E-mail is also used to notify users that their books or media ILLs are available to be picked up.

Test Proctor Service

Mikkelsen Library provides proctoring services without charge. The proctor policy articulates the procedures for professors and students. Ginger Konz (proctor@augie.edu - 605.274.4921) is the library’s coordinator of proctoring services. Any full-time library staff member may serve as the proctor. Professors must complete the Proctor Request Form before students can schedule exam times. There is no designated enclosed area for testing. Students will be seated near the staff area, but library staff will only provide occasional monitoring. After the Proctor Request Form has been received, students can arrange a time to test by e-mailing proctor@augie.edu. Students may not begin an exam within 90 minutes of the library closing. Visit the Library Hours page to verify the library is open on the date of your exam.
