Sheila Agee grew up in Aberdeen, SD.  She graduated from Bemidji State University with a degree in Art, then achieved an M.F.A. in Painting and Drawing from the University of Oregon.  Agee lives in Brandon, SD with her wife, LuAnn.  Together they run Hilltop Studio in Brandon where they teach art to women in the community who have a lifelong love of painting.  Agee draws inspiration from the prairie and rural living in her landscapes.  she captures the beauty in common objects found in nature and on the farm.
